October Goals


  1. Complete  6 x 10 minute sessions using writing exercises such as these over the course of the month
  2. Lose or maintain weight in the month of October
  3. Drink my water
  4. Walk 10 minutes a day
  5. Blog at least twice per week
  6. Cook/Bake something new at least once per week and hopefully blog it
  7. Make it one full week without breaking my diet
  8. Write up a 101 in 1001 and begin
